RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sometimes International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
All purchases from the Sites are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Sites pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. All return shipping cost are paid by the customer.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
